Monday 10/1:

oatmeal, yogurt, strawberries
Lunch:
veggie lasagna
baby carrots
Dinner:
pasta fagiola (1 pt)
garlic bread (6 pt)
Dessert:
ff frozen yogurt (4 pt)
Exercise: 2 mile walk (1AP)
Tuesday 10/2:
Breakfast:
oatmeal, yogurt, fruit
Lunch:
veggie lasagna
baby carrots
Snack:
grapes
apple
Dinner:
black bean soup w/ ff cheddar
milk
core mashed potatoes (2pt)
Dessert:
pumpkin fig pie
tea
