OOPS....

So I havnt posted my menus for the past few days. Here are menus from Sunday through Tuesday:

Sunday 09/30:

Breakfast:
Banana
Apple
Med FF Iced Latte

Lunch:
Grilled Chicken Wrap (4pt)
salad w/ oil and vinegar

Snack:
granola bar (2 pt)

Dinner:
Grilled chicen
cauliflower
core mashed potatoes

Dessert:
Vanilla smoothie

Monday 10/1:

Breakfast:
oatmeal, yogurt, strawberries

Lunch:
veggie lasagna
baby carrots

Dinner:
pasta fagiola (1 pt)
garlic bread (6 pt)

Dessert:
ff frozen yogurt (4 pt)

Exercise: 2 mile walk (1AP)

Tuesday 10/2:
Breakfast:
oatmeal, yogurt, fruit

Lunch:
veggie lasagna
baby carrots

Snack:
grapes
apple

Dinner:
black bean soup w/ ff cheddar
milk
core mashed potatoes (2pt)

Dessert:
pumpkin fig pie
tea

Exercise:
2 mile walk (1AP), 30 min cardio (2AP), 30 min weights (2AP)
