Sept 27

SO I had met with my personal trainer last night. Definitly a free session since it was only 30 min but he did give me some exercises to do for my upper body on the machines which is good. It want enough of a workout for me so I took a class called 20/20/20 which is 20 min of kickboxing, 20 min of step, and 20 min of sculpting. It was a GREAT class, really kept my heart beating and was fun. I was sweating to death, but that is good cause it means more APs.

6:30 2 mile walk

32 oz water

9:00 oatmeal, yogurt, fruit

16 oz decaf tea

11:15 apple

12:30 salad with chickpeas and ff cheese and oil and vinegar

3:00 baby carrots

6:30 fried plantains and ff quesadilla (2 pt), diet rootbeer

8:00 8 oz water, 8 oz tea, 2 small CC cookies (2pt)
