Sep 20

So last night was day #2 at the gym and I went for it and took a spinning class (they always kind of scared me). Well it was great. What a great cardio workout and it was even kinda fun. Only problem is my bum hurts today from sitting on that seat for an hour.

6:30 2 mile walk with dogs

32 oz water

9:00 1/4c (dry) oatmeal, 1/2 c ff plain yogurt, 1/2c strawberies

16 oz tea

12:30 salad with chickpeas, feta, oil, and vinegar.....grapes for dessert

24 oz water

3:00 1/2c chocolate pudding

5:00 banana

6:30 Black bean soup with cheddar cheese and 16 oz sf/cf iced tea lemonade

7:30 1hr pilates

8 oz water

9:30 air popped popcorn
